Specifically designed for installation in flat roof or roofs with pitches below 150.
The Low Pitch Fixed Skylight is sized to work with all types of site-built curbs, whether they’re slightly out-of-square, pre-existing, or surrounded by unusually thick flashing and roofing material. Heavy-duty materials ensure the FCM is built to withstand the installation process, as well as anything mother nature throws its way. |
Product features: - Argon gas filled double glazing with low E3 coating
- 95% reduction of harmful UV rays
- R-value 0.45 m2K/W
- No designated top, bottom, or sides, so you can install it in whatever direction you want.
- Maintenance-free external aluminium frame in “greyfriars” colour.
- Streamlined exterior – smooth, low profile does not obstruct your roof line.
- Condensation drain on perimeter drains to the outside of flashings.
