VELUX Certified Installers
Certified Installers are independent contractors who have been trained in the installation of VELUX products and are not employed by VELUX New Zealand Limited.
All contracts for the purchase and installation of VELUX products will be between the customer and the Certified Installer (not VELUX New Zealand Limited). Terms may vary between installers. Building Consents may be required – please check with your Local Building Consent Authority.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Installer is a separate, independent legal entity to VELUX New Zealand Limited, and that the Installer is not an agent, employee, trustee or similar to VELUX New Zealand Limited. Accordingly, the Customer agrees it will not at any time in the future attempt to bring any claim against VELUX New Zealand Limited for any loss incurred wholly or partly in relation to the Installation Services.
